These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and online quote tools operated by Big Boys Moving & Storage (“Big Boys Moving,” “we,” “us”). By using our sites or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes are estimates
The prices shown in our instant quote are good-faith estimates, not a binding contract. Local moves are billed hourly at the crew rate shown, with a two-hour minimum and a fuel charge, plus any applicable trip charge for out-of-area moves — all reflected in the estimated total you are shown. Because hourly jobs depend on the actual time on site, the amount of your belongings, access at each location, and other factors, your final price may be higher or lower than the estimate. We confirm the details with you before your move.
Reserving a date
Requesting to reserve a date submits your information to us; a team member will contact you to confirm the details before your move is booked. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our office.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your move.
- Be reachable at the phone number and email you provide.
- Disclose specialty items (such as a piano, safe, or hot tub), stairs, long carries, and access limitations, which may affect the final price.

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, email, and text message. See our Privacy Policy for details, including how to opt out of text messages (reply STOP).

Big Boys Moving & Storage is a family-owned Florida mover, licensed as FL Mover Reg. No. 1226. Awards and review counts referenced on our sites reflect recognition we have genuinely received.

The content, logos, and design of our sites are owned by Big Boys Moving & Storage and may not be copied or used without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our websites and quote tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Boys Moving is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the sites. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable moving, consumer-protection, or carrier liability laws. Claims related to a completed move are governed by the moving contract and applicable law.
